WHO CAN JOIN?
This course is not recommended
- for pregnant individuals, or
- for people with serious back issues such as slipped/herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, recent spinal
surgery, severe osteoporosis, or
- any condition causing nerve compression or spinal instability,
- as well as other serious physical or
- mental health problems, heart or
- respiratory diseases, and conditions.
For this class no experience is needed.​​​
