This is a space where you can leave your stress behind and invite more joy and life energy into your being.
Every Wednesday, we guide you into a beautiful state of relaxation that brings you back to the source – back to your true nature, back to love.
We begin by releasing tension and activating your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce anxiety. The specific practices may vary. Once the mind has slowed down, we turn our attention toward body awareness and the heart – allowing you to feel more expansive, joyful, relaxed, free, centered, compassionate, mindful, and aligned with your truth.
Come without expectations – you’ll leave with a radiant smile in your heart: nourished, connected, grounded, strengthened, inspired, and surrounded by wonderful people who wish to bring more awareness, courage, and trust into their lives.
TANTRA = SEX?
Just in case your mind starts spinning stories around the word Tantra:

In these sessions, there is no nudity, no genital touch, no orgies – nothing of that kind.

Everything we do here is voluntary. You decide for yourself how far you want to go.

If at any moment you feel like staying completely within yourself, that’s absolutely perfect.

What matters most is your feeling, your boundary, your “yes” or “no” in the moment.

It’s about consciously sensing what feels true for you – so that you can relax deeply, not only during these sessions, but also in your everyday life and relationships, while staying true to yourself.
