MAHARA'S BREATHWORK JOURNEY AND TRAININGS

Mahara discovered Breathwork in 2013 during her first trip to India. At the time, she was struggling with asthma and was searching for ways to support her own healing. Once she experienced the profound benefits of conscious breathing, she was completely captivated.

She completed a one-month teacher training in Pranayama in the Himalayas. In 2014, while living in Dunedin, New Zealand, she faced challenges with the cold climate and sought ways to better adapt. This led her to the Wim Hof Method, and she completed a 10-week training, once again being amazed by the transformative potential of breath, body, and mind.

From that point on, Mahara explored every breathwork practice she encountered—from holotropic breathing to shamanic breathwork and BreathFlow.

Having led over 80 private sessions, she began facilitating group breathwork sessions in 2017.

Her private sessions, however, remain exceptional—deeply transformative and worth every investment.
